By using this website you are bound by the following terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to review and revise the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. If you find the terms and conditions to be unacceptable you must immediately terminate your use of this website.

IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO BE IN POSSESSION OF FIREWORKS IN A PUBLIC PLACE. FIREWORKS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.

ALL OUR FIREWORKS COMPLY WITH BRITISH SAFETY STANDARDS (BS7114: Part 2: 1988).

Returns and Refund Policy

Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation you are liable for the costs for returning the products. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. Substitutes We reserve the right to make substitutes. Any substitutes will be equal to or greater value than the fireworks replaced. If any items are out of stock you will be notified in prior to the collection of your order and, where applicable, a suitable alternative will be suggested.

Pricing

Despite our best efforts there may be errors in pricing within this site. In the event that a price is higher we will be obliged to contact you prior to the collection of your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price and/or description due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price.

Collection

If for any reason you need to reschedule your collection then please let us know as soon as possible by emailing anthony@everalls.co.uk. If for any reason your order is delayed then we will contact you prior to the collection of your order.

Handling Complaints

All complaints should be sent anthony@everalls.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. You will be informed throughout the process.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions in no way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.
